I do have a knack for silence--
So I'll start with this top tip for new writers: LESS SAYS BEST. Yeah, I know they all say to cram a kazillion words on that manuscript, but hey? It only makes your head ache that much more. That much more editing to do. *groan* Write the "bare bones" of the story and then ADD "the hide, etc." onto it. You'll thank me later.
Talking about EDITING, I'm currently offering to proof/edit the first three pages of your manuscript for FREE. After that, it's only £5 per 50 pages for proofing and £5 per 25 pages for editing. Drop me a line at email@example.com. Let's get to business, pronto!
A special thank you to Kane Tsang for listing me as the editor for his brand new book.
Do have a faith-filled, offbeat, witty ADHD story hidden inside you? YOU are wanted. Welcome aboard, writers. See our guidelines for details and look forward to hearing from you.
Struggling with your story? Or anything else? I'll send you some absolutely free advice. Maybe I can help.
In any case, email me your prose and your woes. Eeyore here says it best. Maybe it'll rain tomorrow if we're lucky--
Welcome aboard, mates--
Here I am promoting happiness when I'm as gloomy as Eeyore. Well, not really. But I do prefer a nice rain to an overly sunshiney day. Who doesn't?
Don't frown like that.
I've got a fascinating bit of news for today. I'm launching my brand new company, Amber Florenza Paperless Publishing. Send me your scribbles and I shall polish 'em up. See my "Editing & Publishing" page for details. Might want to check out my silly fiction while you're there--or maybe?
I'm frightened to death, really. Breaking out in sweat and hives, oh oh oh. But I'm amazingly proud of myself for actually completing one of my thousandth projects. I deserve a star. Don't we all?
To you all who are ADHD or ADHDish, you know the struggle I'm talking about. Billions of thoughts and ideas and projects rolling 'round your mind and fingertips...and you just trying to figure out which one deserves the most time and recognition and effort. Cheerio, folks, I'm living proof you can stick it out to THE END.
Faith is bigger than your fears.
