Hey, happy Monday! <3

It's a new week and so:
  • Rise and shine
  • Put a smile on your face no matter what
  • Every little bit of effort counts
  • Let go and let God
  • Believe and stop doubting
  • Focus on the good

It's the little things in life that weighs us down the most, so let's start a new week off by emptying out the unwanted worries from last week.

Hello 2019!

I need to go on a diet but I love food too much lol. But what I don't love is constantly rotating between being dead tired and hyper, as in a constant cycle of 30 minute or so rounds... It gets frustrating!

I haven't been writing lately either. I'm not sure I've even typed anything for months.

On a good note, I've made my own shampoo with essential oils! It works really well and I've even used it as a body wash and facial wash. Good stuff. I like it. Ohh, and I've moved to a new place which I really love--it stays warmer and is closer to the sea!

Things I need to do:

* lose weight
* eat healthy
* start biking
* hike more
* write more
* prioritize 
* go to bed early
Things I need to stop:

* thinking I'm not good enough
* pigging out on junk food
* letting my emotions ruin my life
* being insecure about everything
* thinking I'm depressed but I really need a long nap because I'm just tired and grouchy
* not finishing things
I need to post my to do and to stop lists more often so I can hold myself responsibly for ticking them off successfully at the end of X amount of days/weeks. Or whenever I do my next post.

Have a great night, everyone! I gotta go to bed and sleep, tomorrow night it better be earlier. I'm too tired to think right now, but watch--minute I put my head on the pillow all sorts of thoughts are gonna wake me back up lol. Hope not.
